June 15, 2020 City Council Meeting
Participant Instructions
The June 15, 2020 City of Groveland City Council Meeting will be held at the E.L. Puryear Building, located at 243 S. Lake Avenue, Groveland, FL 34736 scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m.
In order to reduce public gatherings and the spread of COVID-19 as authorized by Governor DeSantis in Executive Order 20-52, 20-112 and 20-139, inside seating is limited and is on a first come first serve basis. Outdoor seating on the south side of the building will be available with seating spaced 6 feet apart.
For those sitting outside, anyone wishing to make public comment will be called upon and asked to form a line 6 feet apart. One person at a time will be permitted entry into the building. Please walk directly to the podium. To exit the building please walk directly to the northeast door.
Each person will be allotted a maximum of 3 minutes to speak during public comment.
Members of the public are asked to sign in at the meeting. You will be provided a pen and an individual sign in sheet. Please drop the pen and sign in sheet into the boxes provided.
Please note, in order to attend the meeting you are required to wear a mask. If you do not have a mask please contact the Clerk’s Office at (352) 429-2141, ext. 2014 or via email virginia.wright@groveland-fl.gov 2-days in advance of the meeting.
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) AND FLORIDA STATUTE 286.26, PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES NEEDING SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROCEEDING SHOULD CONTACT THE CITY CLERK NO LATER THAN 3 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING AT virginia.wright@groveland-fl.gov
