Inspections of Infrastructure
The City of Groveland fully inspects the infrastructure on all projects taking place within the City of Groveland utility district. Inspections are made during the time of construction to ensure the potable water system, wastewater collection system, reclaimed water distribution system, stormwater system, streets, and rights-of-way conform to the City of Groveland standards.
Preconstruction meetings are required on all projects. All inspections and tests require a minimum of 48 hours notice.
