I am renting a home and need water turned on. What do I do?
Check with your landlord and make sure they have registered the property with the building department as a rental property, the inspection has been done and passed. Once you have verified that has all been done you need to come into city hall with your lease or rental agreement, drivers license, social security card, $150 security deposit and $25 service fee.
