Groveland’s Historical Society and Museum – Founder’s Day Celebration Day of Schedule:

Saturday, March 18th from 2:00pm to 6:00pm (Facebook link)

- Presentations will be inside the Museum.

- The tours will start outside the Museum and the presentations will be inside.

- Tours are approximately a half-mile long and last approximately one hour

Saturday, March 18th Schedule:

2:00-2:30pm: Orange Belt Railway Presentation by Richard Cronin

2:30-3:00pm: Groveland Founders Presentation by Jason Brown

3:30-4:30pm: Downtown Groveland Walking Tour by Jason Brown

100 Year Birthday Party (Facebook link)

When: 1:00 - 3:00pm 

Where: Puryear Building

What: Groveland’s Historical Museum will be celebrating two local residents, Mr. Jean Charron and Mrs. Mary Lou Solomon, who have both turned 100 years old this year!

Info: If you know of any 100+ year olds of the Groveland/Mascotte area, they are welcome to come as well.
