Drinking Water and Clean Water Facilities Plans

The City has developed draft Facilities Plans to support infrastructure and funding needs for drinking water and clean water.  These documents were prepared to meet the planning requirements for the Drinking Water and Clean Water State Revolving Fund programs for the purpose of obtaining funding for new facilities in the City of Groveland.  These reports present infrastructure needs, alternative analyses, and cost comparisons over a 20-year planning period to support utility needs and the City’s goals, consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.

Hard copies of the Facilities Plans are available for public review at the Clerk’s office in City Hall.  A public meeting will be held on January 25, 2021 at 5 pm to review the Facilities Plans at the regularly scheduled City Council meeting
